Federal Councillor Simonetta Sommaruga sets the first highlight of the evening event «tell» in Bern with her input: «Man at the centre of digitalization».

«tell» – the dialogue format on a digital day – works according to the world café method

After Federal Councillor Simonetta Sommaruga's short welcome, three input speeches will follow. The population, business representatives and experts then sit down together at round tables and discuss questions such as these in an uncomplicated manner:

  • Sustainable digital: What does this mean for people and the environment?
  • Is digitalization accelerating climate change – or is the opposite?
  • Can I still consume «digital products» without feeling guilty?
  • Who benefits from digital development and why?

After about 15 minutes of discussion, the participants move to another table. Three such rounds take place. A moderator then briefly summarises the insights gained. Afterwards there is an Apéro for everyone.
